From the moment I contacted them, till the moment I walked out of their door, I received five star treatment. When I walked in the door, I was greeted by the ladies behind the front desk. They were very friendly and professional. Kaory was my hygienist and she was very friendly, considerate, very informative, and professional during my exam and procedure. Dr. Quiroz explained my options. I went with the root canal and crown option. He was very gentle and kind. He kept asking if I was ok. After the, (fairly painless), injections, I felt no pain whatsoever! Even when the Novocain wore off, there has been no pain!! I can honestly say that I HAVE FOUND MY NEW DENTIST!!! You cannot go wrong by choosing this amazing team when you have dental needs!!! ~ Duane F

This place is awesome I needed some emergency work done and I randomly found this place on google search! I am so glad I did too! The girl who helped me get set up at the front desk was so awesome she was so friendly and understanding about my pain and my situation! The dentist was so awesome too he made sure to explain everything and he tried his best to keep me pain free while I had to get a few bad teeth extracted! And Destiny the assistant was so awesome she was very friendly and nonjudgmental about my situation I have been very self conscious about for years! I am very satisfied with my experience today and I am already scheduled to go back to get more care done I’m excited to get my teeth fixed and maybe I’ll be able to smile again with confidence! 5 plus clinic in my opinion, I felt like home there :D very good Professionals, the pace is clean and modern, great equipment. Elena, super cool, Receptionist ,Priscilla as well, she has a lot of patience to explain the plans; very caring! I loved. Heidi she is very good professional she has being doing the cleanings for more than 30 years, I felt really comfortable with her, And Of course, JORGE, more known as "DR. Q" (lol) besides being my friend, he is a great professional he explains and shows all the details of the procedures and the next steps, Overall, I highly recommend this clinic, they also give you the payment plan (which I am grateful) and in the end they also give you a little gift! Years later and this is still the only dentist I will go to! They are amazing! I tell everyone about this place! Heidi doesn't work here anymore but everyone is so kind! Dr Peterson was my dentist and he passed away but dr Q is awesome! I'm so glad I know these people here! 5 years ago This place is great! The receptionist Jen is super sweet and funny! Heidi has cleaned my teeth for years she's awesome! I'm starting to see the new dentist here she's female she's cool! Gets stuff done! I hope I never have to change dentists! I have had a fear of the dentist since I was little and these guys have helped me feel safe and I don't even get nervous coming here! I enjoy coming here I even get excited! ~ Tana R

****Update**** Dr Kim and Hannah at the West Valley location we're an amazing team! Can't thank them enough for how fast and well they got my wisdom teeth out! Especially with how much anxiety I had and how nervous I was. No complications so far haha. They were very thoughtful and understanding. I would recommend them a lot! ****** I was nervous about calling in, and Vicki was such a sweetheart. Have been having wisdom pain and while I wasn't able to get in at my closest office she was able to find me an availability close by to be seen. She was attentive and funny and made me laugh while helping (Even with the Monday brain fog haha) I really appreciate all her help ~ Hannah G

I first went to Genesis Dental 6 months ago after years of not going to the dentist because of Covid. There I met Lennell who cleaned my teeth and helped me feel comfortable, since I’ve always been afraid of the dentist. I went back today and Lennell helped me once again, and she even gave me tips on how to brush my back teeth. To top it off Ana was so patient while she helped me set up an appointment for husband who will be a first time patient next month. I can’t recommend this place enough. The staff is awesome and Dr. Kim has a gentle touch when it comes to needles. Lastly, Vicky helped me out with my appointment time and worked with me to get me in. Thank you Genesis Dental. ~ Elia J

Took all 6 of my kids yesterday. From scheduling to the day of, everyone and everything was awesome! Shout-out to Megan, Ana, Brittany, Lennell, Hannah, and Dario for being friendly, professional, caring, and efficient!! Makes for an overall great experience. Dr. Kim was awesome too! Very friendly yet professional, efficient and thorough. One of the best experiences in dentistry that we've had. As busy as he was, he and his staff took the time to take care of our kids and let us know all we needed to. First time that I didn't feel rushed. Genesis Dental has always been a great place to have dental work done. They have always been very professional and been great at accommodating my schedule. They have taken every precaution necessary and are making sure that both staff and patients are kept safe during all of this craziness we are dealing right now. During my last visit, Heidi was so great to me and made me feel like I was visiting with a friend instead of going to my regular cleaning. She did make sure though to go over any issues I needed to be aware of and helped me find a time that would work with my schedule for my next appointment. I absolutely love this dental office. They have helped me in so many ways. I can't begin to express my gratitude to them. Jenn and Priscilla are super sweet ladies. They always make me feel welcomed and comfortable. They always go go out of their way to converse with me. About, anything. It's always a blessing to visit genesis dental and converse with all of the employees. Dr. Quiroz is an amazing dentist and always makes sure I'm comfortable and not in pain. As does his assistant. My visit to Genesis Dental was one of the finest dental visits I have had. All of the staff were exceptional, from the extremely friendly gentleman at reception, Oscar, to the dentists and dental assistants! From the point of entering the practice to leaving was a wonderful experience! The care I have received was second to none. All the dental work from crowns to x-rays everything was done with a smile and very professionally done and most importantly, pain free. I could not be happier and more satisfied with all the work I've had done! What a wonderful dental practice. A colleague from work has been telling me I should go to Genesis for any dental issue; I was in an emergency situation, I called more than one facility to be told I can be seen in a week, i went to Genesis late and desperate , the front desk staff has already gone home, I found the Dr and another Staff who were also getting ready to leave, the Dr himself took the initiative to start the computer and schedule me an appointment the following day. Exceptional customer service, kind , caring and knowledgeable in everything they do I will recommend anyone to not hesitate going to Genesis for any dental issues , ask for Dr Quiroz if possible. ~ Fredrick N

The staff was amazing! Priscilla was really kind and helpful with getting my treatment scheduled. She worked with what time and day worked best for me. Kaory did a great job at taking my x-rays. And is great at making conversation! Dr. Q did a fantastic job at explaining and answering my concerns. I highly recommend coming to this office. Even the call center girls Macaela and Vicki are super sweet and helpful! I haven’t been able to get a cleaning from Mindy and Amalia but I’ve gotten the chance to chat with them and they are such dolls! I look forward to getting scheduled for a cleaning with her! The other assistant Destiney is also such a sweetheart! I’ve not yet been worked on by her but I have as well gotten the chance to talk to her. I am so happy with my experience here! Dr Kim, Lanelle, and Hannah were all so nice and made the whole visit a breeze. Vicki over the phone was super nice too. Years ago I had gotten a filling that was not done properly and was causing me so much pain. I had gone to other dentists who literally told me I was being overdramatic and nothing was wrong. Today though, Dr Kim took one look at my X-rays and knew something was off. A nasty cavity had formed under the failed filling. He took the time to show me what was wrong and fixed it that same day. Saved me from a root canal too! Thanks everybody, y’all are awesome 🤘 ~ Danica F

Best place for any kind of dental work. Dr. Kim and his staff are top shelf. Interface with insurance providers is seamless; in my case, they verified what coverage was available and tailored the timing of my treatment to accomplish the treatment to take the fullest advantage of every dollar of insurance benefits to reduce or eliminate out-of-pocket costs. I’m in my 70s and that was a first. Dr. Kim walked me through each phase of the treatment in a manner that I understood it all. He is the most painless dentist I have ever encountered - and when I say painless, I don’t mean “less pain;” I mean no pain. His assistants are very pleasant, professional and skilled. I have yet to meet any staff, from those who meet you as you enter the office, through the treatment, billing, follow up and scheduling who isn’t first-rate. And every face has a genuine smile. Dr.Q, Heidi, Iran, and Jen helped me out so much with my dental appointment!! They are so attentive and very kind the entire time! The whole staff is great to work with and always make sure your needs are being met. I drive out of my way to go to this location! While some places will just tell you what they're going to do and then proceed without telling you the cost they break down the cost of the visit very well and make sure they tell you everything that they're going to do before they do it and tell you how much it's going to cost. This review starts almost a month ago- family was visiting from out of town and I bit down on lunch thinking there must have been a bone in the burger. There was- it was my tooth! I was leaving for a work trip the next afternoon, and called Genesis at their S Jordan location. They saw me but did not have time for a crown, so they reached out to the W Valley location and Dr Q. said they could get me in right away. Ana and Mindy at the front desk were amazing and got me right in. Dana really helped Dr Q and made the procedure as comfortable as possible. I have since been back 3 times- to have the temp crown re- attached; to have the permanent crown attached; again today for some minor adjustments. Each time I was well cared for by Kaory, Hannah, and Makayla, and Dr. Q was gracious and kind even after seeing me 4 times for one tooth! It fits great and feels great!! Thank you to everyone at Genesis Dental, and I know I will be back! ~ David O

Had an amazing experience today with everyone on the team. This was my second time at their office and noticed the positive energy stayed consistent. I spoke with Micaela to schedule my appointment which felt like a conversation with an old friend. When you get there everyone on the team greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcome. Almost immediately, Hannah takes you to the back with the biggest smile gets you prepped and settled for your treatment. Then I met with Lennell who did an amazing job with my cleaning. My favorite part was her personality and the fact that she would explain everything as she was doing it. During my cleaning Dr.Kim came in to check on my dental health and he’s such a cool guy. Makes sure your comfortable and answers all your questions. Finally, I spoke with Ana, Megan, and Vicki at the end of my visit to debrief and got my insurance benefits explained to me with their perfect white smiles. ~ Carlos T

I haven't been to the dentist for about 7 years I've had multiple broken teeth I have a huge fear of the dentist. But I heard the advertisement on KSL and decided to make an appointment since I had a really bad abscess. I was really impressed by every single employee there none of them are stuck up and all of them are very personable which I really liked. My appointment was at 9 in the morning and I was in and out of there before 10. I know it was just an examination to put me on antibiotics and pain medication, but they did for X-rays and an examination and I got right in on my appointment. For my first impression I was very impressed. ~ Wendy E

My tooth broke, I could not get into my own dentist for some time and I was going on vacation. I work in the building and I called on the off chance that they might have something in the next few days. They actually got me on the very morning I called. I saw Dr. Pung and he was quite pleasant and reassuring. They put a temporary filling on until I can get into see my own dentist that I have had for years. I really am considering changing since it is, one , more convenient to my work location, and two, I don't have to worry about traffic getting to them upstairs. The entire staff was great! I had the worst pain for two day and I haven’t been to the dentist in a while nor have I ever been to genesis but I called them as soon as they opened and the receptionist was so sweet and caring she helped me with everything and let me know everything I needed to do and she even got me in that morning! The dentist and his helpers were also so amazing they were very careful and informative this is the first dental experience where I was actually taken care of and felt no pain and that was a big reason to why I hated dentist apt but I’m excited for my next appointment now just to get all the treatments I need esp from these guys! ~ Chuleen s

Awsome office staff. I just moved to the area and hadn’t set up anything dentist wise and was still waiting on my insurance cards. My 7 year old daughter had a toothache for a couple days from an adult tooth pushing on her baby tooth that wouldn’t come out. It was getting worse. She was crying and miserable. I called almost a dozen offices near me looking for a dentist before I called Genesis Dental. Vicki took the time and helped me verify my insurance, make sure I got an appointment (same day) at another one of their offices. She was friendly and understood the urgency of the situation. I’m apprehensive of dentists, I had a bad experience as a child. I have a lot of questions about the process. Dr. Kim and his team have been great, my apprehension has been met with enthusiasm and encouragement. There’s been clear communication about appointments and cost. Great discount on the upfront cost if you have the available funds. I feel like the front desk staff is on my side with insurance coverage and willing to share their expertise on how to get the most for my dollar. I’m an engineer and I like to know details. Dr. Kim helped me understand my options and helped me build a complete restoration plan. I’m very impressed and grateful. The techs have been so kind, they really make the experience positive ❤️ I mean that. The hygienist gave me an in depth explanation of what she was doing, why it was important and taught me how to floss and brush properly. This is an extended review, but I’m really happy with these guys. ~ Shey B
